Terms and conditions for Vietnamese lessons

Thank you for wanting to take classes! we always look forward to meeting and helping new students. We will do our best to help you and be good, responsible teachers. And we also need you to follow the rules for taking and buying our lessons.

(1) Cancellation of online lessons

To cancel your lesson, simply send me an email at least 6 hours before the scheduled start of the lesson.

However, if you do not turn up for the lesson or formally cancel the lesson a few hours before the scheduled start (e.g. 5 hours beforehand) then, unfortunately, you will have to pay for that lesson – sorry.

(3) Lateness for online lessons

Please be on time for your online lessons. We will wait a maximum of 15 minutes for you to come to your class. If you haven’t arrived in 15 minutes, we will stop waiting and go offline on Skype. As a result, you will have to pay for that lesson – sorry.

(4) Missing lessons

-If you don’t arrive on Skype for a scheduled lesson and never told us you would miss it, you will have to pay for that lesson- sorry.
